Site Feasibility studies

A detailed site feasibility study can uncover potential problems and will provide a realistic projection of development costs, project duration, and project benefits.

Westshore offers expert testimony services in several areas, including boundary determination, riparian rights, easements, and right-of-ways. We also provide accident scene surveys and boundary reconciliation services. Attorneys may also find our riparian surveys, as-built surveys, and ALTA surveys useful.
